Players and community

Use the participant application to join the panel, browse the public game schedule, and use the authenticated support record below for a private question. No community app is required.

Account and session support

Use the email above for a general question. Signed-in account holders should use the private support path below when the request needs to remain attached to their account or session.

Existing account holders should sign in and use the relevant workspace or private record. Report game access, conduct, safety or completion issues through the private game workflow so the evidence and response remain attached to the correct game.

If you lose a password, use a previously downloaded one-use code at the offline recovery page, or use a linked Steam identity. Playtest Live does not send automatic reset email. Recovery material is never accepted through a public message.

Do not place passwords, game-lobby credentials, payment details, private builds or another person’s information in a support request.

Privacy and security

Signed-in participant and research-team owners can use Account privacy to download directly linked data and submit a tracked correction or deletion request. The privacy policy explains retention and complaint paths. Raise a security or privacy concern through the private support record below. Authenticated account and device controls remain in the relevant private workspace.
