Studios

Use the study brief for a research question, cohort or delivery enquiry. It creates a reviewable record; it does not reserve a session or start a payment.

Players and community

Use the participant application to join the panel. For general community questions, use the official Playtest Live Discord. Discord is a front door, not the authority for places, rewards, protected access or study records.

Account and session support

Existing account holders should sign in and use the relevant workspace or private session record. Report PUG access, conduct, safety or completion issues through the private session workflow so the evidence and response remain attached to the correct session.

Do not post passwords, lobby credentials, payment details, private builds or another person’s information in Discord or a public channel.

Privacy and security

The privacy policy explains access, correction, deletion and complaint requests. To raise a security concern, contact an administrator in the official Discord and ask for the Playtest Live operator without posting exploit details or credentials publicly. Authenticated account and device controls remain in the relevant private workspace.
