01 · STUDY SCOPE AND COST
Price the live protocol in participant seats.
Longer sessions, specialist screening, moderated interviews, custom recording and enhanced analysis are separate scoped units. They are not silently absorbed into the Seat.
A standby seat is half price and paid at the standby rate whether or not it’s used. Short notice (under 7 days) adds 25% to the service fee only — never to what a player is owed. A re-run of a protocol we’ve already delivered is 20% off. Eight billable seats is the floor: below that, your own community really is cheaper.
Validity is written into the session. Your quote states the required topology, standby cover and what happens if the lobby cannot support the research question. No outcome is implied before the activation gates and rehearsal evidence exist.
