Format and teams
Six versus six is a common competitive format; larger community nights can use a different roster and rules.
Roles
Class limits and medic expectations change the match. State them before sign-ups so players know what to bring.
Typical pickup flow
Players gather on a community server, settle teams and classes, then play the announced map rotation.
For organisers
Set server capacity, class rules, map rotation and voice expectations before sharing the link.
What a night here looks like
List the format and server plan, collect places and standbys, and use ready checks before the opening map.
Region and server
Select a server region your group can reach comfortably; an OCE label alone does not promise low ping everywhere.
