Format and teams
Three versus three is a familiar scrim format; two versus two also works with a smaller roster.
Roles
There are no locked roles. Teams should agree on rotation and voice expectations themselves.
Typical pickup flow
Players check in, balance teams, then join a private match with the name and password from the organiser.
For organisers
Set mode, arena, server region and match length; decide how to rotate substitutes.
What a night here looks like
A clear roster and ready check helps both teams start together, even when the private match is hosted elsewhere.
Region and server
Set the private-match server region explicitly for players on opposite sides of APAC.
